These terms apply when you browse, order from, or use Nocturnal Shop. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are permitted to use the payment method supplied.
Our eSIM plans
Each plan is a prepaid digital eSIM product for the destination, data allowance and validity shown at checkout. Coverage, speeds, device compatibility and service availability can vary by location and network conditions. Check that your device is unlocked and supports eSIM before you buy.
Orders and delivery
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. We send installation instructions and, where applicable, a QR code to the email address supplied with your order. Keep that email private and do not share an eSIM QR code after installation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for selecting the correct destination plan, checking device compatibility, installing the eSIM before or during travel, and using the service lawfully. Data allowances and plan validity begin according to the plan and activation instructions provided by the network.
Changes and support
We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, in which case we will notify you and refund any payment received. For help, contact hello@eterno.dpdns.org.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Returns Policy for how to ask for help with an order.
